The Nikau Bakehouse

If you are looking for something a bit different, the Nikau Bakehouse is the place to go to. The artisan bakery sells unique baked creations: Poi Poi bread, Flax Seed bread, Rye bread and other combos. If you are happen to be in Lyttelton on a Saturday morning, you can taste their sweet and savoury goodies at the weekly Farmers Market.

The team attends Farmers Markets around Christchurch and their bread is selling fast, so make sure to be in early.
